Shipping Product
The order will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment. This period is increased by:
- 24 hours if a holiday intervenes within 72 hours.
- 48 hours if a weekend intervenes within 72 hours.
- From the delay related to a strike situation or event could prevent the transporter to intervene.
- From extra time, as mentioned in the General Terms of Use, product replenishment.
Product transport
Transportation will be made by La
Poste. The latter, in his capacity as the transporter is only responsible for transporting the product after its shipment.
Any alteration or increased transport time and the transporter is in any case can not be attributed to the company 1BIJ.com or invalidate the sale.
Product Delivery
Delivery is made by the carrier to the address specified by the customer when ordering.
It shall take steps in case of absence to recover the product after notice from the transporter.
Parcels are delivered without a signature. The client may still apply to the company 1BIJ.com shipping with signature, which will change the shipping cost.
Receiving the product
• Damage caused by transporter
At time of receipt of the product the customer must verify and report promptly to the transporter and company 1BIJ.com damage that would have clearly been the product during shipping.
• Non-compliance of the product
Where by mistake the product does not match the customer's order, this one will return to company 1BIJ.com for an exchange of compliance.
Company 1BIJ.com does not return the product only if the client prevents the company by e-mail from his return and if the product is returned in perfect condition in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice and detailed explanations of the customer justifying non-compliance of the product. This return must be made immediately.
Company 1BIJ.com will then be responsible for shipping costs as a result of his mistake.
• Retraction control
The customer also has the withdrawal period stipulated in art. L.121-16 of the Consumer Code, or 7 days after receiving the product to return it to 1BIJ.com if it turned out not to suit him. This return must be reported to the company by e-mail address :
anthony@1bij.com. This return would be borne by the customer and can not take place if the product is to new condition, not used in its original packaging, unopened, along with a copy of the invoice and the specific reference from the client's willingness to use its withdrawal period provided for art. 121.16 above.
If however the product packaging was opened, only exceptionally, 1BIJ.com reserves the right to have an exact value to the customer.
The shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and are subtracted for reimbursement.
In addition the company 1BIJ.com, to limit any abuse, reserves the right to ask the customer a receipt in his name, his payment (ex : bank statement) for any claim.
People can not justify their payment to the company 1BIJ.com a bank statement, may be denied any claim.
